Assistant General Manager, Administration

April Broaders is the assistant general manager for Administration. In this role, she oversees workforce, sustainability, and executive office administration.

Ms. Broaders brings a broad range of global, corporate, and regional experience in aviation, technology, software industrial, supply chain, manufacturing, R&D, consumer goods, operations, customer service, and operations centers for Fortune 50, 100, and 500 global corporations.

Fittingly, Ms. Broaders is a native of Dayton, Ohio, the birthplace of aviation. Since arriving at ATL in 2019, Broaders has focused on making compensation more competitive with the private sector and enhancing promotion and career progression across each division.

She began her corporate career in HR at Delta Air Lines, advancing to HR and Project Management and continued in HR as a Corporate Manager with Newell Brands. Before joining ATL, Broaders served as a Global and Corporate HR Director with Honeywell International, Inc.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Wright State University and a Master of Science in administration from Central Michigan University. She is also a Lean Sigma Six Green Belt, a City of Atlanta Sustainability Ambassador, and a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
