Nidia Farnum

Assistant General Manager, Accounting and Financial Reporting

Nidia Farnum is the assistant general manager of Accounting and Financial Reporting at Hartsfield-Jackson. A Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of experience, she is responsible for assisting the CFO and leading multiple major accounting and financial reporting functions including general accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, budget management and development, revenue management, accounts payables and accounts receivables.

Farnum joined ATL in February 2013 as the Revenue director. She has proven to be an invaluable member of the Finance team, playing a key role in the restructuring of the Revenue business unit, where she was responsible for all accounting and financial management functions of the unit.

In previous roles with the City of Atlanta, she served as Watershed manager in the Department of Watershed Management, financial manager in the Financial Analysis division, and Accounting Supervisor in General Accounting department.

Farnum earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in management at Stockton University in New Jersey. She is a member of The Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and a Certified Member of the American Association of Airport Executives.
