Scott Carr

Assistant General Manager, Commercial Management

Scott Carr is the assistant general manager of Commercial Management. In this role, he oversees the real estate and airline affairs, air service development, and nontraditional concessions for the Airport. Prior to his arrival at ATL, the aviation industry veteran served as a senior airport properties representative for Fedex, managing airport affairs, operations and planning for a portfolio of over 30 airport locations.

Mr. Carr began his career working in various positions at the Titusville-Cocoa Airport Authority, which included three airports on the Florida Space Coast. Following that, he was the Airport Director at the Amarillo International Airport, Deputy Airport Director at the Portland International Jetport, and Vice President – Commercial Business & Communications at the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport.

The New Philadelphia, Ohio native earned his undergraduate degree in Aviation Management and Operations from Bowling Green University. He received his MBA and a Graduate Certificate in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Central Florida.
