Tyronia Smith

Assistant General Manager, Commercial Revenue

Tyronia Smith is the assistant general manager of Commercial Revenue. In this role, she oversees Parking, Concessions, Customer Experience, Ground Transportation, and Marketing and Brand Strategy.

The Greensboro, North Carolina native began her career with the City of Atlanta as a member of the Department of Law in 2020. There, she managed the Finance Team, supervised the Municipal Governance team that advised the City’s public safety departments, advised the Mayor’s Office of Contract Compliance, and served as senior counsel for Hartsfield-Jackson.

Smith earned undergraduate and law degrees from Wake Forest University. Shortly thereafter, she handled litigation, corporate bankruptcy, and creditor’s rights matters for Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs in Atlanta. She served there for nine years before partnering with a law school classmate and opening her law firm, Chester Jennings & Smith.

Smith has earned accolades throughout her career. She is the first Georgia attorney to receive the Rosner & Rosner Professionalism Award from the American Bar Association. She was a Top 40 Under 40 from The National Black Lawyers, received the Ethics & Professionalism Award from the State Bar of Georgia Young Lawyers Division, and is a two-time recipient of the Atlanta City Attorney’s Coin of Excellence.
