Program Highlights
Apprenticeships
Earn while you learn in high-demand skilled trades at the world’s busiest airport. Our paid apprenticeships combine hands-on training with classroom learning, creating clear pathways to long-term careers.
Summer Youth Employment
This six-week summer program gives high school students real-world work experience across ATL’s business units. Participants build professional skills and receive mentorship from industry professionals.
College Interns
Our full-time summer internships place college students in dynamic airport roles across ATL’s Business Units. Interns gain valuable industry insight, leadership development, and connections to launch their careers.
