The ATL Airport Career Fair will feature live video interviews with the Airport community’s top employers through our virtual platform, Career Connector!
Participants are encouraged to register early and take advantage of pre-fair webinars and workshops.

ATL Airport is offering a series of trainings to help equip you with the tools you need to put your best foot forward during this year’s Virtual Career Fair. From airport training, and resume writing, to tips on navigating the virtual platform, these training classes are designed help you succeed! A certificate of completion will be awarded to each participant after each session. Join us for the dates and times that work best with your schedule.

Many companies will be interviewing potential candidates on the spot, so business attire is strongly encouraged. Guidelines are below.
- Blouse or shirt tucked into pants or skirt
- Tie and jacket optional
- Simple jewelry
Highly recommended tips to consider.
- Avoid using slang
- Ask questions about the company and/or position
- Talk about your qualities and strengths
- Openly discuss previous jobs and responsibilities (have your resume on hand as a reference)
- Practice before logging into the career fair
- Speak with as many recruiters as possible
- Keep a list of the companies with which you made contact
- Obtain the name of each contact for follow-up
- Follow up sooner rather than later
- Complete all online applications as instructed
