Phillips Signature Crab Cakes

Try your hand at this signature, flavor-packed dish!

 lb Phillips lump crab meat 

1 egg 

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 

1/4 tbsp dry mustard 

tbsp mayonnaise 

1 tsp lemon juice 

tbsp mustard 

tbsp melted butter 

1 tsp parsley flakes 

1 tsp Phillips Seafood Seasoning 

1/2 cup breadcrumbs 

  1. Preheat oven to 375degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except for crab meat.
  3. Gently fold in the crab meat, being careful not to break up the lumps.
  4. Shape into cakes.
  5. Pan fry or bake at 375 degrees for12to 15 minutes or until evenly brown on each side and cakes reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
