They are here to assist you with various needs, including providing directions, offering translation services, and guiding you through TSA checkpoints. These exceptional individuals cater to over 100,000 travelers each day at the world’s busiest airport. With a commitment to exceptional service, the Green Coats are always eager and delighted to help ensure that your journey is as smooth and enjoyable as possible!

         Karen Ellis Assistant General Manager, Chief Customer Experience Officer

Karen Ellis serves as the Assistant General Manager and Chief Customer Experience Officer. In this role, she leads a dedicated team focused on enhancing the traveler experience, ensuring ATL remains welcoming and efficient for all passengers.

With more than 150 customer service and volunteer staff, Hartsfield-Jackson’s Guest Relations office is open to address passengers’ questions, comments or concerns. Guest relations staff members can be found throughout Hartsfield-Jackson and are critical to ATL’s mission to be the world’s best airport by exceeding customer expectations. Office hours: 8:15 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
