Hartsfield-Jackson Hosts 22nd Annual Toyland Celebration

“ATL Presents: Toyland” helps hundreds of area schoolchildren celebrate the holidays

 

ATLANTA – Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) officials will host “ATL Presents: Toyland,” a celebration of the holiday season for Airport-area schoolchildren Wednesday, Dec. 5. This year marks the 22nd year ATL has hosted a holiday event for students in Airport neighboring schools.

Nearly 500 first-graders will participate in the holiday program that features a magic show, puppeteer, clowns, well-known children’s characters and a surprise visit from a certain red-clad, bearded gentleman offering gifts. 

The students will also hear from ATL executives about the role the Airport plays in the transportation industry. ATL partners and concessionaires will provide food and gifts to the students during the event, which will take place at the Delta Flight Museum.
