Hartsfield-Jackson Earns Recognition in ACI ‘Voice of the Customer’ Initiative
ATL recognized for prioritizing customers during the COVID-19 pandemic
ATLANTA – Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) received recognition in the Airports Council International (ACI) Voice of the ‘Customer’ initiative. The Voice of the Customer recognition is awarded to airports that demonstrate significant efforts in gathering passenger feedback through the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) program to help better understand their customers during the COVID-19 pandemic. To qualify, an airport must collect three or more quarters of data.
ATL was commended for its commitment to delivering a superior customer experience under trying circumstances. The ASQ program is the world’s leading airport customer experience measurement and benchmarking program which measures passenger satisfaction across 34 key performance indicators.
“The COVID-19 pandemic has been a significant challenge this past year, but we remain committed to making customer safety and comfort a priority,” said Airport General Manager John Selden. “The ‘Voice of the Customer’ recognition is an incredible honor during this difficult time, and I am proud of our team for continuing to listen and engage with our customers to ensure they receive a best-in-class experience here at ATL.”
This year, a total of 140 airports have been recognized globally. Delivery of the ‘Voice of the Customer’ recognition is sponsored by Amadeus.
