Hartsfield-Jackson to Host First Virtual ATLNext Industry Day
PPP loan application assistance deadline nears
ATLANTA – Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) will host its 2021 ATLNext Industry Day Tuesday, March 30. Now in its fifth year, the event -typically held at the Georgia International Convention Center- will take place virtually. This digital networking and exhibit hall is designed to educate, inspire and inform the small business community about opportunities with ATLNext, the Airport’s multibillion-dollar capital improvement program. Business leaders interested in pursuing opportunities at ATL are urged to attend the event. Participants will learn about upcoming projects, contracting opportunities, and tips on doing business with ATL.
Additionally, ATL is assisting small businesses in their efforts to participate in the Paycheck Protection Program. Businesses interesting in applying for a PPP loan can follow the link below to apply for loans made through Community Development Financial Institutions and other mission-driven lenders – such as the Community Reinvestment Fund - across the country. CDFIs are different from traditional banks and are directed to work with businesses that are often underserved by other financial institutions, or who may need technical assistance to navigate the loan application process successfully.
Any member of the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) community who has not yet applied for a PPP loan in this round is encouraged to APPLY HERE through CRF. Note the deadline to be approved for a PPP loan is currently March 31, 2020, so please apply as soon as possible.
