Hartsfield-Jackson to Hold Media Briefing to Discuss Former
Sheraton Hotel Tower Implosion
The 14-story tower will be demolished by implosion on Sunday, September 5
ATLANTA – Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) today announced that Airport officials will host a media briefing, tomorrow Sept. 2, to discuss details of the upcoming implosion of the former Sheraton Hotel’s 14-story tower, located at 1900 Sullivan Road. The implosion is set for Sept. 5 at approximately 7:30 a.m.
