Hartsfield-Jackson to Host 2022 ATL Airport Summer Youth Program

Professional experience offered for 100 Atlanta-area youth

 

ATLANTA – Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) will host the 2022 ATL Airport Summer Youth Program from June 6 – July 29. Now in its second year, the ATL Airport Summer Youth Program has expanded to welcome a total of 100 Atlanta-area youth for employment at the world’s busiest airport. This program offers a unique, paid opportunity for selected participants, exposing them to the 250 different disciplines and occupations within the Airport. The Youth Program details and application link are below. The deadline for students to apply is May 17.

Program Details:

 

Onsite Airport Provided Incentives:

$15/hour (32-hour workweek)  MARTA cards Lunch daily Uniform shirts

 

Program Duration: June 6 through July 29

 

Minimum Criteria: 

Must be 16 years or older. Must attend an Airport-area high school (i.e., Atlanta Public Schools, Clayton County Schools, Fulton County Schools) Must have an outgoing personality. Interested in careers in customer service, marketing, ground transportation, parking, etc.  Good interpersonal and communication skills required.
