Released in November, this phase of the concessions master plan is an update of 12 locations and is divided into two packages totaling approximately 19,200 square feet across concrouses B, C, E, and F. The request for proposal reflects progression in ATL’s concessions master plan, which will reimagine over 300,000 square feet of space once all projects are complete.
“In an ongoing effort to ensure transparency as we refresh our concessions program, ATL and the Department of Procurement is focused on maintaining a compliant yet robust communications plan with potential partners,” said Hartsfield-Jackson’s Deputy General Manager/Chief Commercial Officer Jai Ferrell. “The upcoming webinar will allow interested firms the opportunity to hear about updates to the opportunities available to them.”
The webinar will facilitate communications between prospective business operators and the City’s Department of Procurement. As the RFPs are currently in an active advterisement phase, all communications are to be direct to the authorized contacts within the Department of Procurement. Formal answers to questions will be issued through addenda to the solicitations.
