Hartsfield-Jackson Exhibit Focuses on Native American Identity and Experience

Airport to showcase works of 26 contemporary Native American artists

ATLANTA – Hartsfield-Jackson will highlight the Native American personal and collective relationships with their ancestral lands through “This Land Calls Us Home: Indigenous Relationships with Southeastern Homelands.” The exhibit opens Nov. 6, 2023, along the gallery space on Concourse T across from Gate T14.

 

The 60-piece exhibit, part of the ATL Airport Art program, is presented by the General Board of Global Ministries of The United Methodist Church in collaboration with the church’s Native American Comprehensive Plan. The initiative supports and amplifies Indigenous voices to promote increased public understanding of contemporary Native American identity and experience.
