Hartsfield-Jackson Releases Concessions Opportunities for Bid
ATL Skypointe Reimagined: Hartsfield-Jackson’s phased concessions master plan will update food, beverage and retail outlets 

ATLANTA – Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) and the City of Atlanta’s Department of Procurement are now accepting proposals to refresh ATL’s food, beverage and retail program, ATLSkypointe. Phase 3 of the concessions master plan is an update of 38 locations and is divided into four packages totaling 44,818 square feet across concourses T, A, B and C. These new food, beverage and retail concepts will serve the Airport’s over 100 million annual passengers.

“As a global leader in the aviation industry, ATL is committed to providing exceptional customer experiences for passengers traveling through our airport,” said Airport General Manager Balram “B” Bheodari. “Providing high caliber concessions offerings and services like the ones included in these proposals are vital in our ongoing commitment to enhancing the customer experience.”

This Request for Proposal (RFP) reflects progression in ATL’s concessions master plan, ATLSkypointe Reimagined, which will reimagine over 300,000 square feet of space once all projects are complete.

The 14,847-square-foot Package 1 (3-H1) is comprised of seven food and beverage opportunities and three retail opportunities located on concourses A, B and C. Concepts on Concourse A include a gourmet market with bar and a bistro with coffee. Concourse B concepts include a quick-service restaurant, gourmet market with bar and travel essentials, a news and gift shop, and specialty retail. Concourse C includes a snack store, national brand gourmet coffee, and quick-service store.  

Package 2 (3-H2) encompasses 10,075 square feet and includes four food and beverage and four retail slots in the Domestic Terminal Atrium and on concourses T and A. Domestic Atrium concepts includes a branded deli and a prepackaged gourmet market. Concourse T locations include a gourmet market and tech retail. Concourse A features a cosmetics and personal care shop and a newsstand.  

Package 3 (3-R1) features 12,000 square feet of space across concourses A, T and C. a national branded personal care store, tech retail, newsstand, newsstand with branded coffee, tech retail, accessories store, bookstore, multi brand retail, nationally branded men's and women's apparel and a news and gift shop.

Finally, Package 4 (3-R2) includes 7,000 square feet of space and includes concepts for a newsstand, candy store, bookstore, tech retail, a newsstand with branded coffee, and a jewelry or cosmetics store.

Proponents are highly encouraged to visit the Department of Procurement’s website atlsuppliers.com for information regarding the registration and bidding process. All companies submitting proposals must be registered with the City of Atlanta.
