Hartsfield-Jackson and ACI World Host ACI World Customer Experience Summit and Exhibition
Summit welcomes more than 600 delegates from across the world to focus on customer and employee experiences
ATLANTA – Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) joins ACI World to host the 2024 Airports Council International (ACI) World Customer Experience Summit and Exhibition on Tuesday, Sept. 24 – Thursday, Sept. 26. The three-day event brings together over 600 international delegates from more than 65 countries, including government officials, travel agencies, and senior executives from across the aviation sector. The summit will focus on transforming customer and employee experiences in air travel through collaboration, innovation, and cutting-edge technology.
The event will feature keynote addresses, expert panels, and exhibitions from global leaders in the travel industry, including ATL Airport Interim General Manager Jan Lennon, ACI World Chair and CVG CEO Candace McGraw, ACI North America President & CEO Kevin M. Burke and Delta Air Lines CEO Ed Bastian. Attendees will explore the latest trends in airport technology, AI-powered solutions, and strategies for enhancing passenger satisfaction.
