Hartsfield-Jackson Hosts “Wings for All” Airport Rehearsal Experience for Travelers with Disabilities
Special event serves as air travel rehearsal for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities

ATLANTA – Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), in partnership with The Arc and Delta Air Lines, will host Wings for All on Thursday, April 17. This sensory-friendly airport rehearsal program is designed for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families to practice the air travel experience in a supportive environment.
The event includes simulations of check-in, TSA screening, boarding procedures and a plane boarding to help participants build familiarity and confidence when flying. It also educates TSA and Airport and airline personnel on ways they can support travelers of all ages with IDD.
