Hartsfield-Jackson To Commemorate Atlanta Hawks 50th Anniversary
Airport Art Program hosts NBA franchise’s exhibit through June
ATLANTA – Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the opening of an art exhibit commemorating the Atlanta Hawks 50th anniversary. The exhibit will feature photographs and special artifacts that highlight the NBA franchise’s evolution and impact over the past five decades. The event will feature key Atlanta Hawks leaders: veteran announcer Bob Rathbun, “Voice of the Hawks” broadcaster Steve Holman, Vice President of Basketball and Hall of Famer Dominique Wilkins, owner Jami Gertz and a special performance by the Atlanta Hawks cheerleaders.
