Super Bowl LIII Teams Arrivals
WHAT: The Super Bowl LIII participating teams—the AFC Champion New England Patriots and the NFC Champion Los Angeles Rams—will arrive at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) via charter planes.
SECURITY: Media will be pre-vetted for security, screened onsite, and shuttled to the hangar, where the photo op will take place. For security screening at the airport, a valid government photo ID is required.

REGISTRATION MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN 4 P.M., FRIDAY, JANUARY 25, 2019. All CREWS WILL BE PRE-VETTED BY ATL’S SECURITY TEAM.
No interviews will be available during the photo op.

PARKING: Media parking will be on the level 5 of the International Park & Ride Garage, located at Maynard H. Jackson Jr. Blvd., Atlanta, Georgia 30354. All vehicles must have the attached parking placard displayed on the dashboard. Upon arrival:
Pull a ticket upon entering the parking facility Park on level 5 and proceed to level 1 for security screening After clearing security, you will be given a media credential, which will allow you to board the shuttle
Please be mindful of personal possessions that may slow the screening process. Check the TSA site here for guidance: https://www.tsa.gov/travel/security-screening/whatcanibring/all
MEDIA LIVE
TRUCK PARKING: Media vans and satellite trucks will be accommodated in the restricted photo area at the hangar. Please check the box on the registration form if sending a truck.
1:00 p.m. Security screening media and Sat Trucks will take place Delta Tech Ops Gate 1. Please be advised that Atlanta Police Department’s Explosive Ordinance K-9 Team will screen vehicles and equipment prior to entering the secure space.
After clearing security, media will receive a credential to proceed to the hangar.
Note: GPS will not work on the airfield. For directions to the Delta Tech Ops, Gate 1. See the attached map for directions.

This is a photo opportunity, no interviews permitted
WI-FI/POWER: Team Arrivals will take place at the Delta Tech Ops Hangar 10. Media are encouraged to bring their own Wi-Fi hotspot devices and battery packs to access to the internet.

1. Make sure parking placard is on dashboard (below and attached)
2. Pull parking ticket from the dispenser
2. Park on level 5
3. Unload gear and take elevator to level 1
4. Check-in and Security Screening on level 1
4. Load the shuttle on Level 1 after clearing security
To EXIT, look for designated exits lane(s) for media vehicles. You will not be able to exit
without the parking placard clearly displayed on your dashboard.
