Hartsfield-Jackson Tree Lighting Signals Beginning of Holiday Season
The Holidays Around the World ceremony leads up to busy travel period
ATLANTA – Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) officially kicks off the holiday season with its Holidays Around the World tree-lighting ceremony. The event will feature Disney, Marvel, and holiday characters, as well as performances by the Kay Pace School of Arts. Additionally, over the next few weeks, the world’s busiest and most efficient airport will also be a global Winter Wonderland filled with the sights and sounds of the holiday season. Airport volunteers will gift passengers with various travel tokens.
